Ms. Hoffman joined The United Illuminating Company in 1994 as Director of Audit Services. She formerly served as Audit Manager for Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance in Hartford, CT. Prior to that, she served in internal audit positions in the banking industry. She is a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics-Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Ms. Hoffman serves on the Internal
Auditing Committee of the Edison Electric Institute. She is also
a member of the Board of Directors and is Assistant Treasurer of
the Combined Parishes Action Committee which runs the Beth-El Center
in Milford, CT. She is a trustee for Holy Infant Church in Orange,
CT. She and her husband reside in Orange and have three children. |
