Ms. Allen began her career at The United Illuminating Company in 1983. She served in accounting until 1986 then moved into finance as a manager then director. Ms. Allen assumed her present position; VP Investor Relations, Treasurer in July 2005. She is a native of Northford, Connecticut and earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of New Haven. Additionally, Ms. Allen is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries, National Investor Relations Institute and the National Association of Corporate Treasurers. |
